Keahlian

Ramai yang tertanya-tanya, siapakah sebenarnya yang layak menjadi ahli di dalam alumni SIAS ini? Setelah dibincang-bincang, kami menetapkan syarat untuk menjadi ahli kepada alumni SIAS ini. Antara syaratnya ialah :

  • Pernah bersekolah di Sekolah Integrasi As-Syakirin sama ada pernah mengambil peperiksaan besar seperti UPSR, PMR dan SPM ataupun tidak pernah menduduki peperiksaan besar tersebut.
  • mestilah memberi sepenuh komitmen dalam gerak kerja
  • hadir dan memberi kerjasama dalam menjalankan sebarang aktiviti dan juga 'meeting' dan sekiranya tidak dapat hadir perlulah memberi alasan yang kukuh dan munasabah.

Sempena AGM

Baru-baru ni, beberapa orang alumni SIAS telah mengadakan pertemuan untuk membincangkan mengenai AGM. Antara yang dibincangkan ialah tarikh, usul dan perkara yang hendak dibincangkan. Berikut adalah butir-butir perbincangan :

Third Meeting

1. The annual general meeting of Alumni SIAS will be held on the 31st of October 2009 at Sekolah Integrasi As-Syakirin on 11.00 A.M. This meeting will also be joined by the PIBG and teachers of Sekolah Integrasi As-Syakirin. Matters that will be discussed in the meeting are as follows:
  • The current condition of relationships between the students, teachers, parents and the alumni and ways to overcome problem in the relationship, such as holding a camping trip like Kem Raudhah, where it is participated by parents, teachers and students.
  • The intake of students to the school, in which a filtration system was suggested for the students’ intake.
  • Ways of promoting the school through activities like treasure hunts and futsal invitationals, where a part of the money collected in such events will be put into the school’s fund.
  • The position of the alumni in school activities.
  • Future school programs that will be handled by the alumni, such as sports day and mukayyam.

2. The vice-president suggested that there should be a second vice-president in the alumni, and preferably, the position should be filled by a female as to give another perspective on actions made by the society.
3. New Alumni SIAS committee members have been appointed. This appointments are effective immediately and are as follows:
  • Treasurer: Ruzaimi Amzar
  • IT: Ammar Izham & Umair Faiz
  • Spiritual: Muhammad Hasbi
  • Publicity: Nafisa Norudin & Hafizah Fazi
  • Special Duties: Khalis Abd. Jabat
4. Eligibility of members of Alumni SIAS has also been set, in which any secondary level students of Sekolah Integrasi As-Syakirin who have studied in the said school are eligible to be members of Alumni SIAS.
5. A suggestion has been made in which a comment box should be placed at the school where any parties can give suggestions and criticism about the school, teachers and the alumni.

Meeting was adjourned at 1900 hours. Next meeting will be held at a time that will be confirmed later.

Alhamdulillah, akhirnya Alumni SIAS yang rasmi telah pun dilancar dan dirasmikan dalam satu majlis bbq pada satu malam yang agak riuh di tengah-tengah ibu kota Shah Alam. Di samping itu juga, majlis bbq ini diadakan bagi meraikan mereka yang telah pun bersama-sama menjayakan program MUSIAS yang diadakan pada hujung bulan Mei yang lepas. Dan berikut adalah laporan pada malam tersebut :

  1. The organization (Alumni SIAS) will be liquidize every 4 years and members will be elected. In this meeting, new members of the committee has been chosen and are as follows, Aizat Sadiq as the chairman, Ahmad Amin as the vice-chairman and Shah Nizam as the secretary. The other members of the committee will be chosen later in the third meeting.
  2. The fees have been set in this meeting which was RM50 for the registration fees and RM5 for the monthly fees. This entitled the members to a T-shirt that will be designed. later All the money will be put into an account registered in the name of the organization.
  3. The chairman also briefed of the long-term vision of the organization, which is to buy the shares of SIAS. But the short-term vision is to run some of the school activities such as the next SIAS Sports Day, so it involves the teachers and the students and not the students only.
  4. The vice-chairman stated some of the activities of that will be held by the committee such as at the end of the year, a paintball battle will be held. In the future, activities such as camping will be held.

Meeting adjourned at 2345 hours. Next meeting will be held on 15 of August at SIAS.
